Multifamily Building Project
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is developed on a plot of 320 square meters that has two fronts. In this case, we have developed a project to analyze the economic and commercial viability of a six-story building. Since the municipal regulations limit the height of the building, we chose not to include a basement for parking, as this would have increased construction costs without providing a significant economic benefit.
The project consists of 8 apartments, each with 2 parking spaces. As a fundamental requirement, all apartments have a balcony and a swimming pool.
The apartments located on the top floor have a different design due to municipal regulations that required us to set back the building on both fronts. This arrangement provided us with the opportunity to create the common area on a level higher than the bedrooms, thus taking advantage of the spacious terraces generated by the setbacks.
